This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Brightgate Inc., our website at https://www.brightgate.com/, and our mobile Brightgate applications. This notice describes:

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING

We are the only owners of the information we collect. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, web forms, app usage, or other direct contact from you. We will NOT sell or rent this information to anyone.

If you contact us, we will use your information to respond to you. We will not share your information outside Brightgate, other than as necessary to provide services to you, for example, to verify your identity with your email provider. We will NOT use your information to target third party advertising to you.

With your consent, we may contact you to tell you about specials, or new products or services. If you use our products and services, we may also contact you to tell you if we change this privacy policy.

REGISTRATION AND SHARING

Some of our products and services require you to register. During registration you will be required to provide certain information, such as name and email address. You may also provide this through signing in to a third party single-sign-on (SSO) provider. This information will only be used to identify you, authorize you for certain products or services, and contact you with your permission.

We do not share information with your SSO provider, but your use of their services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. They may also record your use of Brightgate products and services.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information to us, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. We also use encryption to transmit your information from your applications to our servers.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only people who need the information to perform a specific job (such as billing or customer service) are granted access to your information. We use cloud service providers who guarantee physical security of the computers storing your data.

We make all commercially reasonable efforts to follow “Do Not Track” signals from your browser or apps. We use third-party software and tools and expect them to follow these signals, but as we do not control them we cannot guarantee what they do.
